“The Favorites” wine club members got a great surprise this month, a bottle of Dalton’s Elkosh Single Vineyard Shiraz. So today we’re throwing it back to our visit at that very vineyard where we saw the actual ammonite fossils they found when planting, the inspiration for this premium sip from Galilee.
