MOISHE'S SIP
Feldstein Cabernet Sauvignon
A rich, elegant wine. One of those stars that is ready to drink now, yet it could also age for another 5+ years. But what’s the fun in that?! This is Purim!
Aromas and flavors bring forth the perfect blend of dark fruits and spices touched by hints of vanilla. Look, the wine is fine, but it’s also fun, a perfect start to your Purim celebrations.
It would be the perfect pairing for Moshe’s and Mechy’s Purim SANDO.
Herzog Single Vineyard Knight’s Valley
Another rich, decadent wine, because we fully believe in drinking quality over quantity on Purim.
The nose is bursting with aromas of ripe red fruit, soft purple flowers and cigar box. You don’t even need to lift your glass to your nose to get the idea that this wine is here to impress.
In the mouth there is a wonderfully bright acidity and silky ripe tannins, creating a fun, lingering sip.
The Herzog Single Vineyard Knight’s Valley would also pair perfectly with the SANDO!
Clos Triguedina
Probus Malbec
This beautiful wine comes from the land of Malbec, in Southern France’s Cahors region. The grape is also known Côt or Auxerrois.
This is the perfect example of how Cahors varies from the rich, silky Malbecs from Argentina. The wine is leaner and has more herbal and meaty aromas alongside the varietal’s famously intense dark fruit and spicy nature. We love this bottle!
Very food friendly and even the kind that could stand up to a decadent chocolate cake, so have fun with it!
Hajdu Hierloom Blend
There’s a new Hajdu wine and we’re super excited about it! A lot of Zinfandel with some Carignan, a big California wine that is perfect for Purim! And if you don’t get to it, try it with your next kiddush!
But why read about it when you can hear about the wine straight from the maker, Jonathan Hajdu:

Don Guillermo de Mendoza
Malbec
Mendoza, Argentina is practically synonymous with Malbec. Though the grape variety originated in Bordeaux, France and can still be found there today (as well as Cahors!), Argentina now claims the spot as the world’s top Malbec producer after discovering many years after Europe’s phylloxera epidemic.
The wine is a deep purple with jammy aromas. The mouth surprises with less body than one would have expected. The acid vibrates and the juice goes down fast. A perfect Purim sip!
THE IDEAL PAIR for The Mega Club Sando for Purim!
